Rebecca is the Co-Chair of the Washington State Bar Association's Criminal Justice Institute.  As Co-Chair, Rebecca plans a two day Continuing Legal Education Seminar, focusing on hot topics in Criminal Law, legal updates, and practical application seminars for judges, lawyers, and law enforcement.  Rebecca helps recruit the best and the brightest judges, professors, attorneys, and police officers nationwide to present at this seminar.  This is Rebecca's third year Co-Chairing the Criminal Justice Institute.
